Through the image of the buffet — both furniture and metaphor — she explores the tensions between pleasure and responsibility, aesthetics and ethics, heritage and appropriation. Recipes and improvisation come together like a score: each ingredient a body, each dish a gesture, each buffet a shared performance.
This is a space of experimentation, where memory and movement shape a committed culinary language — a stage where we cook, dance, and think together
